The main priority at 247 Hospice is to ensure the quality of life of terminally ill patients. Our caring staff’s focus is to manage symptoms, allowing for a pain-free care plan, with the support of loved ones.

 

247 Hospice specializes in assisting patients during their end-of-life journey. We have staff that are experienced in palliative and hospice care in home, short-term inpatient services, and bereavement support. It is our belief that each patient has their own unique needs, and though each diagnosis may not be curable, 247 Hospice will provide a specialized plan of care emphasizing the importance of patient choice and comfort during the end-of-life.

 

247 Hospice’s staff consists of the Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Registered Nurses, and social workers, Spiritual Counselors, Home Health Aides and Trained Volunteers. We are prepared to address the patient’s needs on medical, functional, emotional and spiritual levels.
